Anne Schymura, betreut von Prof. Reiner Wiesemes
With her light installation "Rupture" Anne Schymura deals with curiosity as a human driving force and as a basic design principle. She takes the viewer on an epistemological journey of discovery, without hiding the Sisyphus-like nature of such an undertaking. Layer by layer, she seems to come closer to enlightenment and, analogously, to the deeper layers of the building. Design and rupture enter into a dialogue and the spectators, literally banished to the forecourt of enlightenment, must now decide for themselves how far they want to go.
The student project as part of the Biennale "innenarchitektur offen 2020":
Anne Schymura, student of interior design at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, has taken up the leitmotif "Bringing to light" under the direction of Prof. Reiner Wiesemes. She deals with the basic principles of design with her façade projection “Rupture” on the Museumsplatz of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt.
